Off-Platform Deals
RentEaz verifies listings and agents before they appear on the platform, but any agreement, payment, or transaction carried out directly between a tenant and an agent outside of RentEaz — without our knowledge — is not covered by our verification process. RentEaz is not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from arrangements made outside the platform.
Completing Your Rental
Tenants are required to return to the RentEaz platform after a successful property inspection and click "Inspection Successful" to continue the rental process through the platform. This keeps your booking, payment, and any future refund request properly recorded and protected.
Inspection Payment Protection
Eligible inspection payments are protected until the agreed inspection conditions are fulfilled, subject to RentEaz's review process. This protection applies only to payments made and processed through the RentEaz platform.
Account Conduct
Users agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to use the platform only for legitimate rental-related purposes. RentEaz reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts found to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these terms.
Changes to These Terms
RentEaz may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
